Woodland Creatures

I feel like this fall has been all about the woodland creature! Loving the foxes at Tory Burch to the mallard ducks at Burberry to bats at Marc Jacobs. And I'm really into it!
I just nabbed a pair of the Tory Burch fox smoking slippers in navy and can't wait for their arrival.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with Lilly this fall. There are only two dressed I even have my eye on and only if they go on sale. The Jonah and the Davie.

Thought on the fall Lilly line? I was excited for it until I saw it in person. Mostly stripes and solids with a few fun prints.  The Hollyhock Gigi in the best print and I think last fall and the fall 2008 lines were so much better!

WASP Wednesday

So, I realize the irony of talking about GCB on WASP Wednesday but I'm slightly obsessed with GCB (Good Christian Bitches for those who don't know)...

Kristin Chenoweth is absolutely flawless and the storylines are absolutely hilarious. I love that Kristin is not afraid of poking a bit of fun at herself and I'm loving the stereotypical characters. They are a real riot to watch.

What new shows are you loving??? (I kind of feel like I'm just waiting for Revenge to come back tho!)

Waity Katie no more!

At my house, we have been gearing up for the big event...the royal wedding!

A bunch of friends and I are watching the event Friday evening; since we all work and can't be up at 4am to watch live and celebrate together.

To celebrate, we are going to eat English biscuits and jam on these plates...

And I'm giving these tiaras and knockoff Kate engagement rings. How fun!

Where has March gone?!?

Hello all!

Sorry for being MIA recently; there has been a lot going on in my life! But hopefully I'm back as frequently as before.

In other Lilly news, check out Under The Palm Tree's facebook page (or any of your favorite VIA shops; since the scuttlebutt from a corporate store employee is they aren't getting them) for some really exciting information about some coming re-cuts in Peel and eat and Let them eat cake...Love them! This pic is just an idea... :)

In other news, I have been addicted to buying the latest shipment of Lilly...I got great St. Patty's deals at VIA stores as well as during the sale...below is just an idea of some of the goodies I picked up. (Can you tell I LOVE the hotty pink first impression print!)

Wednesday loves...

I am loving the Audrey Leigh bow bangle I ordered last week from The Aisle (a wedding website that has so much more than just wedding stuff). I had been looking for this bangle for a while and it was sold out everywhere! And even better than finally finding this cutie, was the fact it was on sale! Love! I got the white enamel and light blue.
So Cute!
